I think it's safe to assume that most of Trailblazer's dreams are too lewd to be shown. As for whether or not she sleeps well at night, that depends on her condition (and what she ate before bed). Unfortunately, I don't have a major answer to your major question; I've never actually played Dungeons & Dragons at all. That would require social interaction! The horror!
